Ingredients Shirataki Bolognese
1 package Shirataki Spaghetti
400g minced meat
1 can Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Preparation Shirataki Bolognese
First, rinse Shirataki noodles and then sear them very well
for at least 7-10 minutes, put aside.
In another pan, fry minced meat in very little oil. As soon as the meat is cooked through, add canned tomatoes and let simmer for a while until some of the water is reduced.
Season to taste and serve together with Shirataki Spaghetti.
