Ingredients Shirataki Carbonara with Chanterelles
1 package Shirataki Spaghetti
150g Bacon
1/4 L heavy Cream
4 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Preparation Shirataki Carbonara with Chanterelles
First, rinse Shirataki noodles and then sear them, put aside.
Cut bacon into small slices and fry until crispy, remove pot from heat.
Mix eggs, cream, pepper and add the bacon.
Put pot back on low heat, add sauce mix and let thicken slightly.
Mix with Shirataki Spaghetti and serve with chanterelles.
