Shirataki Fettuccine Chop Suey with Shrimp

Ingredients Shirataki Fettuccine Chop Suey with Shrimp

1 package Shirataki Fettuccine
1tbsp. dark Soy Sauce
1tbsp. Peanut oil
6-7 Shrimp
1/2 Onion
1 Carrot
4-5 Broccoli florets
20g Zucchini
40mml Chicken broth
1tbsp. Water
1tsp. Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Preparation: Oriental Shirataki Fettuccine Chop Suey with Shrimp

First, rinse Shirataki noodles and then sear them, put aside.
Heat oil in the wok, add carrots, onion and broccoli and

stir fry for about 2 minutes stirring often, then move to the side.

Add another tbsp. oil, heat and fry meat/shrimp for around 3 minutes.

Add broth and soy sauce and season with sugar, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, mix in with the noodles and serve.
