Shirataki Fettuccine with green Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients Shirataki Fettuccine with green Mushroom Pasta

1 package Shirataki Fettuccine
5 large Mushrooms
50g Leeks
30g Peas
1/2 Onion
some Basil
1tbsp. Olive oil
20mml Soy Sauce
20mml Lime juice
Salt
Sugar or Sweetener
Pepper
Chilli powder according to taste

Preparation Shirataki Fettuccine with green Mushroom Pasta

First, rinse Shirataki noodles and then sear them, put aside.
Cut vegetables and sear them in another pan in olive oil.

After around 4-5 minutes add

Soy Sauce and Lime juice. Season to taste.

Bring to a boil and serve with Fettuccine.
