Ingredients Shirataki Rice Pudding:
1 package Shirataki Rice
250mml Milk (or Soy Milk)
2 package Vanilla Sugar
1 level tbsp. Locust Bean Gum
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation Shirataki Rice Pudding:
First rinse rice thorougly.
Next, roast rice in a pan without oil for around 5-7 minutes on full heat.
After that, combine milk with sugar and locust bean gum and add to the rice.
Let simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
Serve with small nectarine pieces and a little cinnamon.
